Reference for the above statement please :?: As far as I am aware the US is a net contributor of a quarter of the UN’s annual budget.

The fact that I questioned one 'stated fact' does not mean the rest is true. In-fact when posting such statements one should make sure of the references of the claims being made. For example in this very section there was a thread about 9/11 and the Quran and one things on there was that there exists in ayah 9 of surah 11 something about wrath of eagles and destruction of towers. This was completely false meaning the notion ‘I am sure it is true’ is a very weak one.

I would appreciate if you would point out all the false "facts".
I found it on a forum and thought of sharing it.

I never said the supposed facts mentioned above were false, I only questioned their authenticity and availability of their references.

As for sharing from other forums is concerned I can appreciate that you would not be able to reference the material, but you could write out a short disclaimer distancing yourself from the views stated.

US Debt to UN Reaches Record High
The debt owed by the United States to the United Nations has reached a record high of 2.33 billion U.S. dollars as of July 31, a UN spokesman said Tuesday.

Spokesman Fred Eckhard told a briefing that "the United States, the biggest debtor, now owes more than 2.33 billion dollars, including more than 462 million for the regular budget and more than 1.8 billion for peacekeeping debt."

The following graph illustrates the total contributions owed by UN member states as well as the proportion owed by the US from 1996 to the end of April 2006.

Table Notes:
# The amount owed by the US (blue area) and the amount owed by other Member States (red area) sum up to the total amount owed to the UN by all of its Member States.
# Figures include contributions owed to the Regular, Peacekeeping Operations and International Tribunals budgets.
# Data since 2003 includes contributions owed to the Capital Master Plan.
