As-Salaam alaikum,
We have read it in ayat 13 of Surat Saba' of the Holy Qur'an ( 34:13) that:--
"...ONLY A FEW OF MY WORSHIPERS ARE THANKFUL."
Allah, Subhanahu Wa Ta'ala, said, "VERY FEW OF MY SERVANTS ARE THANKFUL". 'Qaleel' means very few.... compared to millions or billions it means nothing.
We should endevour to be among those few ones who are thankful, then Allah Ta'ala will not put us down, but will raise us up. But we need Imaan (faith), as without Imaan neither patience nor thankfulness comes. Faith brings everything.
