Hz Adam as eating the forbidden fruit?
Hz Adam was told not to approach the tree. He didn't go near the tree so there was no wrong done there.

All of us get time to mature into adults but P Adam didn't have this opportunity and so he was kept in the garden to experience "childhood".
The world was created for P Adam and his descendants. And so it is only logical that he would be removed from his initial habitat.
Hz Musa as killing a man
The man P Musa killed was an unjust man and P Musa quarrelled with him trying to protect someone. Since the kill was accidental and the beating justified, there was no wrong done on P Musa's part.

Hz Yunus? as being punished for something by being swallowed by a whale?
P Yunus left his people after praying for punishment. He didn't do any wrong as he was not asked not to leave. Being swallowed by a whale was not necessarily a punishment; all holy people undergo tests, eg P Ayyub with the great calamities.

The Quran says Shaitan misguided them:
And (We said): O Adam! Dwell you and your wife in the garden; so eat from where you desire, but do not go near this tree, for then you will be of the unjust.
But the Shaitan made an evil suggestion to them that he might make manifest to them what had been hidden from them of their evil inclinations, and he said: Your Lord has not forbidden you this tree except that you may not both become two angels or that you may (not) become of the immortals.

Exact verses please

Prophet Adam had never heard anyone lie and when Shaytan apprached him in a different form, he believed Shaytan's words. As I mentioned before, P Adam did not get the opportunity to mature as a child and so he was naive.
And (We said): O Adam! Dwell you and your wife in the garden; so eat from where you desire, but do not go near this tree, for then you will be of the unjust
Allah forbade them to go near the tree. Eating from it was not mentioned.
