Food and Drinks

Discussion on the details of the actual exhibition. How to setup lighting? How to print the artworks? How to display the artworks? How will the layout of the exhibition floor be? etc

Food and Drink stalls at the exhibition?

We can give a chance to Ithna Asheri ladies who provide this service.

Any recommendations?

We charge a fixed rental to the food and drink stall owner?

An alternative could be complimentary snacks, perhaps sponsored by one of the sponsors?

Hmm maybe sumthing boring then, like biscuit or cake and tea/juice? nothing very fancy. i think the stall idea might seem like its a fair rather then an exhibition? or would it be ok?
