Hello PPL,
Welcome to Ask!, As you can see.. The forum has been upgraded and in the coming days will have more features for its users.

The new features that are currently being worked upon:
- New Layout & Design (98% Done)
- Optimization / Improve Speed (Done) * I think all of you can see a 70% speed increase!
- New Features (Calendar, Forum Archive, Reputation System)

Hopefully these new features should be implemented before Ramadhan.

Features Added to Forum:
- Archive: Easily browse the forum (Fast & Easy)
- Reputatation: The More you Post the more your Reputation.
- Last Online: You can now see who came online most recently
- 3 Skins: Chose from 3 Skins (Ask, Subsilver & vB)

tell us more about the way the Reputation mod works?

How the Reputation System works:
The reputation of a user is counted by the number of posts he/she makes. It is also counted by the number of people who vote for them.

If you like somone (Because of their post :)), You can vote for them by clicking on a small icon ("+-") under the Location of the user on the left side of the post he/she made.
After you click on it, A window will open asking you how many reputation points you want to give the user and a comment if you want, The amount of reputation points you give will be deducted from your reputation.


I hope I have explained a little about the Reputation System.

Hi,
On the left side of a post, You will see the profile of the poster. At the bottom you will see a + (Plus) and - (Minus) sign(s)...

I found out the problem, The template was missing the Reputation_Mod code... FIXED.

Ali, when I browsed as a guest, I could see the stars and +, and - but when I log on, I do not see them.

Ali lets override the User style and lets keep it a fixed Ask style for now.

Most user do not realise they can change their style and hence end up using the very old phpbb.

I keep changing the override option but I guess you change it back not knowing I have changed it.
