I do not understand the rules regarding wakf very well.
For example if we need to use the copies of the holy Quran for an event in the Hussayniyah, we are told we can not use the copies of the holy Quran that are in the masjid as these cannot be taken out of the masjid.
Anyone with any information or details about this please advice.
