Why am I a Muslim?

I came across an interesting discussion that was aired on BBC about Islam that sparked the above question that I asked myself.
Why am I a Muslim?
How did I decide it is the absolute truth?
Have I discovered Allah(swt)? How?
Or have I just inherited Islam by birth?
