The Dar es Salaam Jamaat Office is looking for an administrator for the Economic Empowerment Committee. Flexible working hours for the right candidate.
Job Description:
• Development and cultivation of new and existing communications channels between the EEC, Social Welfare Board and welfare recipients
• Develop publicity material (including website updates) for the EEC and its various projects
• Coordinate events and workshops for the EEC
• Maintain all financial and admin records for the EEC
• In charge of filing and storage of all EEC data
• Prepare reports, presentations, memorandums and proposals when required
• Carry out other general communications and marketing tasks that may arise
• Report to the chair of the EEC
• Review all EEC remittance
• In charge of EEC correspondences
• Secretariat work
• As part of the office team, assist with general administrative duties
Desired Qualities:
• Excellent communicator with great writing skills
• Exceptional organisation skills
• Ideas driven individual
• Excellent command over the English language
• Proven IT skills
• Good interpersonal skills
• Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
• An all-rounder with an eye for detail
Remuneration:
