But seriously, it’s not every day someone cranks their CPU up to 7.2GHz. Now, does it actually run? Well, not really, no, but it can POST and hold still long enough for a shot of the screen, and that’s all that matters. Right?
And now the words of the man himself:
been working this bad boy for hours.
1.95 vcore 19x380
2.3 vmem 380 1:1 4-2-2-8 OCZ DDR2 PC4200 EB R2 Platinum
Memtesting well into 6.6Ghz, windows boot issues over 350FSB. never searches for drives. I need clockgen badly now.
Stable in bios shot, the machine is running at 7.2Ghz
Nop, don't get that either. All I'm really sure of is that must've required ALOT of cooling.
