There is nothing like Namaaze Qazaye Umr.
It is wajib upon those who missed their salaat to cover them - if alive - otherwise it's wajib upon the eldest son who lives after the deceased. There is no escape from it, even after death.
As for the mustahabaat, why would there be kazaa for them when it's not wajib?
