" And He has made subservient for you the night and the day and the sun and the moon, and the stars are made subservient by His command; most surely there are signs in this for a people who ponder. And what He has created in the earth of varied hues most surely there is a sign in this for a people who are mindful" (16:12-13)

Have we ever though about ourselves? How we came into being? How a 'nutfah' turned into what we are now? What keeps us well? What makes us sick? How do medicines work? How our bodies react to different substances? Why? Why? Why!!!

Well this is the place to post it up and look beyond what the eyes can see.. Remember the eyes can not see what the mind does not know:)

I don't remember all my embryology, but if i recall correctly, the heart starts beating 3 weeks post-conception and is fully developed by the 8th week...after that it just grows with the baby.
