Just wonderign if any of you know and have any evidence or links to if sunni and shia are allowed to get married... would be a great help. Many thanks...

As far as I am aware marriage is allowed to any ehle Kitab but it is not recommended. If I remember well when this matter was put to Mawlana Mohammed Naqavi a while back he said the same thing with emphasis on the point that it is strongly not recommend for girls.

Thanks, so marrying a Ahmedi would be allowed? because i heard it is totally not allowed but they are ehle Kitab..=S

§ Answer : If there is a fear of being misled, it is not permissible.



Question : Which other religion can a Muslim marry?

§ Answer : Marriage of a Muslim man with a Christian or a Jewish woman is not permissible as a measure of obligatory precaution.


Question : Can a Sayyid marry Sunni or Wahabi?

§ Answer : If there is a fear that he\she might be misled, it is not permissible.

ahmadis they dunt really follow islam...coz they eat haram food...n also they believe tht Imam Zamana(AS) came and is gone..
