I recently moved to Dar from Pakistan and intend on finding work soon, perhaps max by start of next year. Please guide how and what needs to be done prior to starting a job hunt. I have a Communications/Marketing and Psychology degree/background.

You will need a CV that captures your education background, your experience and your aspirations well.

Assuming you are not Tanzanian, you will possibly be limited to jobs that are open for expatriates (work permit is needed for expatriates).

You can then share your CV with Human Resource agents and apply at various openings that you come across on various media.
