To liven things up a bit, this is what we'll do.
Here's a beginning of a story, the next user continues it and we go on and on and see what the outcome will look like. Perhaps we might be able to publish it on BIZ

Here we go....

Ali was feeling tired. He felt as if each and every muscle in his 6 foot body was being twisted and turned. He wondered why he was feeling like this. Was it the 'kebab' that he had for breakfast, or the biryani he had at the mosque? Perhaps neither he thought. After all, he had never felt like this before.

Ali got out of his bead went down to the kitchen to get a glass of water. As he held the cold glass in his hand, what he saw chilled him more than the water had chilled the glass.....

Now you guys continue...

an excellent idea Muhammad

he could not help let go of the glass as he saw the shadowy figure move away from his line of sight! As the glass crashed into a million little pieces on the tiled floor, Ali's heart skipped a beat and goosebumps spread over his skin!

'The creature must have heard the breaking of the glass', 'I am done for' were his thoughts as he ran upstairs, hoping he can reach his room and lock it before he gets caught...

But alas! His aching limbs would not move fast. He had only one option left. To hide beneath the dining table.

The creature entered the house and Ali could finally see him in proper light. It looked like a human but its eyes were two globes of silver instead of the normal black. The silver eyed man stealthily searched the rooms obviously looking for something. He finally gave up and thundered out of the house with one final call. Ali, I will be back!

After waiting for what seemed to be eons, Ali gathered up the courage to step out of his hiding spot. As he stepped out he stepped on a piece of broken glass and screamed in pain and fear. In a few seconds he was thankful for the pain, 'The pain I feel means I am alive' he thought

Ali went to the medicine cabinet to get some anti-septic to clean his cuts. He got a bottle of detol and some gauze, wet the the gauze and started to dab at his wounds. But instead of the usual stinging sensation associated with cuts, he felt pleasure. Every touch of the wound made him feel happy. He was lost in the joy for a few minutes to realize what was happening. What was happening?

The happy feeling suddenly started to turn his world upside down, as dizziness hit him. And before he could analyze what was going on, he hit the floor unconscious...

Ali woke to the licking of a dog. When did I get a dog he wondered. He anxiously stood up to wash his face and saw that he was not in his home where he had lost consciousness. In the open fields, he could see tens of animals of different kinds looking at him, and if animals could smile, then yes they were smiling at Ali. What now, he wondered.
