Does anybody know a good book that tells you about Shia'ism in a general way, so that people from other faiths could read it and understand our religion and get a guide to what it is about and how it is different from other religions? Thanks.

There's Shia: Origin and Faith but I don't like it much; it's kinda boring. The Qur'an is the best book for an introduction to general Islam. After that, Tijani's Then I was guided is enough to convince any thinking person of the truth of Shia'ism. Peshawar Nights is also pretty good.

I always recommend Nahjul Balagha, the sermons and sayings in it give a very good insight into Islam and Shiaism.
