AMAAL DURING PREGNANCY



DURING FIRST MONTH:

Every Thursday and Friday, recite Sura-e-Yaseen (Surah No. 36) and Sura-e-as-Saffaat (Surah No. 37) and blow on your tummy.
Have a sweet apple in the morning.
On Fridays before breakfast, eat Pomegranate.
Before sunrise, eat a little Khaak-e-Shifa (a little piece of mohr).
Pray the daily prayers on time and put your hand on your tummy while you are reciting Adhaan and Iqamah.

DURING SECOND MONTH:

On every Thursday, recite Surah-al-Mulk and the following salawaat 140 times with your hand on your tummy:
Allahumma swalli alaa Muhammadinw wa aale Muhammad, wa ‘ajjil farajahum, wa ahlik ‘aduwwuhum, wal ‘an ‘aadahum minal jinni wal insi, minal awwaleena wal aakhireen.
Oh Allah, send blessings on Muhammad and his progeny and keep them alive; and kill their enemies and curse their enemies, whether they are among the humans or the jinn, in the from the first generation and the last.
On every Friday, recite Surah-al-Mulk and recite the above salawaat 100 times.
Every Saturday, eat meat, sweet apples and drink milk.

DURING THIRD MONTH

Every Thursday and Friday, recite Surah Aale Imran and recite 140 times the same salawaat as mentioned in the second month.
Before every obligatory namaaz, recite the same salawaat with your hand on your tummy.
Every Saturday, eat wheat, meat, low fat milk and a little honey in the morning.

DURING FOURTH MONTH

On every Thursday and Friday, recite Surah-ad-Dahr.
Recite Surah-al-Qadr in any one rakaat of the obligatory prayer.
After every prayer, put your hand on your tummy and recite:
Surah-al-Qadr, Surah-al-Kauther and the salawaat mentioned in the second month, and then recite the following:
Rabbanaa hablanaa min azwaajinaa, wa dhurriyyaatinaa, qurrata a’ayuninw waj ‘alnaa lil muttaqeena imaamaa.
Oh our Lord! Grant us out of our wives and our offspring that which cheers our eyes, and make us Imams of those who safeguard themselves against evil.
Then recite seven times Astaghfirullaaha rabbii wa atuubu ilaih
I seek forgiveness of Allah, my Lord-cherisher and unto Him I turn repentant.
After the daily prayers, recite salawaat (as mentioned in the second month), 140 times.
Eat sweet apples and pomegranate.

DURING FIFTH MONTH

Every Thursday and Friday, recite Surah-al-Fath (Surah No.48).
Recite Surah-an-Nasr (No.110) in any one of the obligatory prayers. After prayers, rub your hand on the Mohr. Then rub your hand on your tummy.
Every morning, eat some dates.
Also, eat olives and sweet apples with every meal.
If possible, recite adhaan and iqamah while your hand is on your tummy.

DURING SIXTH MONTH

Every Thursday and Friday, recite Surah-al-Waipahu (No. 56).
In the Maghrib and ‘Isha salaah, recite Surah-at-Teen (No. 95) in any one raka’at of both prayers. After prayers, rub you hand on the Mohr. Then rub your hand on your tummy.
Eat some Fig (Anjeer) and Olives during breakfast. Avoid fats as much as possible.

DURING SEVENTH MONTH

Every Monday, recite Surah-an-Nahl (No. 16)
Every Thursday and Friday, recite Surah-al-Yaseen (No. 36) and Surah-al-Mulk (No. 67).
Recite Surah-al-Qadr (No.97) and Surah Ikhlaas (No.112) in the daily prayers.
Recite the salawaat mentioned in the second month, 140 times.
Daily, eat some watermelon after every meal, but do not drink water for some time before or after eating the watermelon.
Daily, eat turnip (Shalgham) at least once.

DURING EIGHTH MONTH

After the morning prayers (salaat-ul-Fajr) :
Every Saturday: Surah-al-Qadr (No. 97) 10 times
Every Sunday: Surah-at-Teen (No. 95) 2 times
Every Monday: Surah Ya Seen (No. 36) once
Every Tuesday: Surah-e-Furqan (No. 25) once
Every Wednesday: Surah-ad-Dahr (No. 76) once
Every Thursday: Surah Muhammad (No. 47) once
Every Friday: Surah-as-Saffaat (No. 37) once

Keep using sweet yogurt and honey with each meal.
On Fridays, you must eat sweet pomegranate (anaar) during breakfast.
If it is not harmful for you, eat a little vinegar, once, on Saturdays.

DURING NINTH MONTH

Do not eat any hot spices (garam masala).
Eat dates (khajoor).
Sacrifice a goat for the safety of Imam-e-Zamana (atfs)
Recite Surah-al-Asr (No. 103) and Surah-adh-Dhaariyaat (No. 51), either in the Dhuhr or Asr prayer.
Recite Surah-al-Hajj (No. 22) on Thursdays.
Recite Surah-al-Faatir (No. 35) on Fridays.
Go for a short walk everyday.
Do not look at other pictures or at yourself in the mirror very often during this month.

SOME IMPORTANT POINTS TO REMEMBER:

Recite Du’a-e-Yastasheer everyday if possible.

If you want a brave and strong child, drink a lot of milk.

If you want a well-behaved and good looking child, eat a lot of watermelon.

If you want a child with great contentment, put your right hand on your tummy and recite Surah-al-Asr (No. 103) very often.

Try to remain in wudhoo all the time.

Do not look at yourself in the mirror at night.

Try not to commit any sins.

Try to perform Mustahab (Sunnat) amaal as much as possible.

Try not to be angry and be happy all the time.

Eat proper meals.

Eating vegetables and dairy products will help to develop a beautiful skin for the unborn child.
