As a principal, any book written or compiled by a human being cannot be flawless or divine.

Hence the only flawless book(s) is/are the ones that are from the Divine Allah. Hence we can only claim that the Holy Quran is without error or flaw.

It would be unwise to claim so for any other book or compilation.

However, based on the research by scholars, Nahj al Balagha is the most authentic as per shia beliefs after the Holy Quran.

All the other compilations seem to have a mixture of authentic and non-authentic or misquoted hadeeths...and hence we cannot accept them fully or discard them fully.

Take the good...filter the other.

The mainstream sunni brethren hold Imam Ali (AS) in very high regard.

If you ever happen to hear the khutba of Juma prayers in a Sunni mosque you will notice that they mentione each 'khalifa' and then say raziallahu anhu (may Allah be pleased with him) but when they say 'Sayyiduna Ali' they dont say raziallahu anhu but instead say Karramallahu wajjhahu (May Allah(SWT) EnNoble his Face!).

We can deduce two things from this:

1. They believe that Imam Ali was in a different level as opposed to the other 'khulafa'
2. They believe that Allah is pleased with Imam Ali for sure since they are not asking Allah to be pleased with him
3. That jahilliah never came close to the Imam and hence the Karramallahu

And yes, they do count Nahj al Balagha as one of the compilations of hadeeth.

However, their main ideology is that the Sahih books (i believe there are 6) are the most authentic even more than those by Ahl Bayt ...despite the fact that the compilers of these sahih were the students of Imam Jafer Sadiq (AS).

# Sahih Bukhari, collected by al-Bukhari (d. 870), included 7275 hadiths
# Sahih Muslim, collected by Muslim b. al-Hajjaj (d. 875), included 9200
# Sunan al-Sughra, collected by al-Nasa'i (d. 915)
# Sunan Abi Da'ud, collected by Abu Da'ud (d. 888)
# Sunan al-Tirmidhi, collected by al-Tirmidhi (d. 892)
# This one is disputed. Sometimes its referred to Al-Muwatta, collected by Imam Malik
(d.796) and sometimes it is referred to Sunan Ibn Maja, collected by Ibn Maja (d. 886).
Some people even consider Sunan al-Darami to be the sixth one

Say " YA ALI MADAD"

Sunni's say its SHIRK.

In reply for that you dont have to go through hard work.

It is simple childs play.

Just ask him what would he do if there was a prophet alive standing before him?

Would he not ask him for his help in any matter?

Even a Wahabbi would not disagree with me on that matter leave aside Sunni.

I would add that even an Atheist would want to try to ask a prophet's help just to check if it works!

Bormally sunnis then say that Ali and the prophet are dead. So you need to have more points to debate about.

Once again, I reccomend you all to read the Tawassul article on ask homepage.
