Why are not we allowed to eat food prepared by Hindu? Every time in friends circle when we are offered food by Hindus and upon rejection they say Shias are discriminating. What to do and what to reply them?

what if you were to offer a Hindu friend food that has beef? if he refuses can you accuse him of discrimination?
