If a person buys stationery item or anything for his company, but tells to increase price in-order he can get the added value money.
Example- original price was 200tshs.
He tells seller to make it 300tshs.
So he personally gets 100tshs.

Is the seller allowed to do such a deal ?

It depends if he has done agreement with company to get salary and wages instead of sale and marketing of its product he can't do like this but If he purchase or take this product from company as a credit then he can sale it with his own price .
