but the resolution is very bad and that you as per the chairman "you can only see something black coming to the screen and going away" as the picture is blurry as they have intentionally set the camera to be blurry.

About the Zarih that was seen - it was a CCTV that was pointing at a screen and the screen at that time was up. And the screen is just infront of the Zarih when its down...

Oh and yeah the media room team is always open if one has any more queries or doubts!
