Yes, there's about a 30% discount, if I'm not mistaken. You're to go to the jamaat office (above the old Ibrahim haji hosp) with your KSIJ membership card. There's a form to fill out, a rebate form... Not sure whether you get that from the school or from that office itself. Maybe someone else knows....
I think the rule is that non-muslims are not allowed to enter the masajid and since (I think) there's a masjid built around each haram, that would limit them to coming only till the sahan. Please do correct me if I'm wrong in any of my assumptions and hence, my conclusion.

According to the rulings of Sayyid Sistani, I believe men are not allowed to take ahlul kitab women in nikah, but mutah with them is permissible. Again, if one has a Muslim nikah wife, he must have her permission for mutah to an ahlul Kitab woman.

Interesting question Hasin. I think it's a mixture and neither women nor their male relatives know that a jilbab is a requirement. But the way our community has become over the past few years, I don't think they'd care, even if they knew. Sad, isn't it?
