Re: Almuntazir school fees and discount for members

Yes, there's about a 30% discount, if I'm not mistaken. You're to go to the jamaat office (above the old Ibrahim haji hosp) with your KSIJ membership card. There's a form to fill out, a rebate form... Not sure whether you get that from the school or from that office itself. Maybe someone else knows....

I think the rule is that non-muslims are not allowed to enter the masajid and since (I think) there's a masjid built around each haram, that would limit them to coming only till the sahan. Please do correct me if I'm wrong in any of my assumptions and hence, my conclusion.

How about just one from me, similar to the above...say silk 5 times quickly, then answer this: what do cows drink?

A dating site? Really? How halal is that?
Rather, let me ask...will it be following the Islamic guidelines on interaction between the genders?

Also refer to 24:32. It says, "Marry those among you who are single...." meaning if someone is already married, dont marry him unless there's a shortage of single men. In addition (if it hasn't already been mentioned) the verse of the Qur'an that talks about marrying more than one wife starts off ta...

According to the rulings of Sayyid Sistani, I believe men are not allowed to take ahlul kitab women in nikah, but mutah with them is permissible. Again, if one has a Muslim nikah wife, he must have her permission for mutah to an ahlul Kitab woman.

we are looking for a couple of female media operators. Any suggestions in filling this vacancies would be helpful.

Really? Back to square one, huh?

Makes me wonder...how much do they really know? There are no vacancies. There already ARE female media room operators. That wasn't the issue.

Hmm...Interesting... The reliable narrations about the Mahdi mention that he is from the progeny of the Prophet (saww). Muhammad al-Hanafiyya (note: not ibn al-Hanafiyya, since he was Muhammad ibn Ali ibn Abi Talib) was not a descendant of the Prophet (saww), since he was the son of Imam Ali (as) fr...

Interesting question Hasin. I think it's a mixture and neither women nor their male relatives know that a jilbab is a requirement. But the way our community has become over the past few years, I don't think they'd care, even if they knew. Sad, isn't it?
