Sweat of a person who became in the state of JANABAT by forbidden act "HARAAM" is pure, but one can not offer SALAAT with such sweat on the body

There is a difference in this issue on the application level whether is was made for the gambling purpose of not, based on the opinion of many Jurists including Ayatoll AlUzma S Ali Sistani (May Allah protect him) it is considered a tool of Gambling historically.
