Hasin, I'll be very honest. I don't think I can take up the responsibility on my own, Id gladly share it without one whose willing to help out.

I don't think you should charge for this one. People will run away! And there are many means of advertising. Facebooking it, sending emails, and putting up posters at known locations, Mosque and Mehfil, Nima, and other locations that can draw outsider's attention aswell. Slipway too! And if schools ...

Naqqashi sounds cool...Anyways, once the logo is done do let me know so I can create an invitation card. And maybe a poster :) I have some work to do but if I manage to have spare time, I'll also design a logo for Naqqashi. If that's the final name that is.

You could contact Jamana, they might do it. I don't know anybody from there or DTP but I doubt they would sponsor us, unless someone knows them.

As for Invitation cards. Decide on everything and give me the details and Il make you one.

Im still not clear about this. Is it a contest or an exhibition? If its something where an artist is going to get a prize then you can put a theme! But if it's an exhibition then any!

Just a suggestion, why don't you give the participants a theme to work on. Else its going to look flimsy.
